What are the habits of happy people? Why are some people generally happier than others? What can we learn from these people so we can all live happier more intentional lives?

Do you ever struggle with anxiety, doubt, and frustration because your life isn't going how you want it to?

I don't know about you, but I've lost hours thinking about everything in life that doesn't align with how I think it should be.

The last time I checked, complaining never helped anything. It didn't make me feel better or solve any problems.

In fact, it usually leaves me feeling helpless and exhausted.

So when we're being negative and resentful, we're not being productive, we're not accomplishing anything, and we're not making a positive difference.

And the worse part is we're wasting the time and energy we do have by focusing on the negative in life.

Want a happier and more intentional life?

Then let go of the negative and release it from your life.

Take time to actively control your thoughts and switch your focus from what's wrong and missing to what's right and working.

Start by creating the habit of practicing gratitude.

If you want to begin, then take a moment and reflect on what you're thankful for in your world today.

Next ask yourself, "What about that am I thankful for?"

Really take a moment to feel your gratitude for what you 'DO' have in your life.

Allow your face and shoulders to soften as you see, hear, and feel what you're thankful for.
